Delivery & Returns
We will be happy to refund the full amount paid if you are not happy with item or the item you received is damaged if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and. You are liable for return postage and the item should be sent in the same condition as well as in the same packaging. please send your email to email@example.com.
This entitles you for full refund if for any reason you did not like the item purchased,
Please unpack the rug carefully retaining its original packaging as if you did not like the rug for any reason it will be easier to re-pack the rug using the same packaging. If for any reason this is not possible then we would suggest to use an alternative secure packaging to avoid any damage to the rug while in transit with the couriers. Damage caused to the rug due to its poor packaging will not be accepted and you may incur courier charges for the rug to be returned to you and also to cover our courier charges for arranging the collection.
We would advise taping both ends of the packaging to avoid any damages caused to the rug by handling
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No Refund is offered if:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Please note: We try to make the pictures of our products as accurate as possible. Some colour variation may occur due to lighting at the time of photography, We can not be held responsible for colour accuracy as this varies between different room lighting, Laptops, PC's or Tablet you are using

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if this has passed our free 5 days return policy or outside the UK Mainland areas. If you asked us to arrange the shipping after 5 days the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping costs varies between different item sizes and weight, we will notify you in writing before agreeing to arrange return shipment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance which will cover the full purchase value of the item in case the couriers mis place or loose the shipping. In which case you can claim the full damage and value of the rug from the courier company, as we will not be able to issue a refund in such case.
UK mainland addresses are delivered free of charge.
Orders are delivered within 5 - 7 working days but could sometimes take longer unless specified different delivery times on the items details page, if there is a delay we notify you about this and once the item has despatched you will receive an email with the tracking number
Out of Stock Rugs
We do our very best to ensure that the vast majority of our rugs are in stock and ready to be despatched, however occasionally we may be out of stock of a certain design or size. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible by email with an estimated delivery date for your chosen rug as well as option to choose an alternative rug or get a full refund. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to check to see if a certain rug is in stock before ordering
Delivery dates on out of stock items may vary from supplier to supplier, dates are given in good faith based on the best information we have at the time of order, but please be aware these dates are subject to change.
if you do require a quick delivery service or a more accurate delivery date please contact us to check stock positions prior to ordering.
We use various couriers depending on the size of the rug you are ordering and your location
this can be with UPS, TNT, PARCEL FORCE, DHL, YODEL, HERMES
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 09:00-19:00
AM delivery and Saturday delivery options are available in the checkout, please note this service is not available in all areas.
If you are not at home to receive your delivery the couriers will normally leave a card for you to contact them to arrange an alternative day or leave with the neighbour or they will try the next available delivery day.
If our couriers cannot deliver your order the driver will leave a card with a unique card reference, you can visit the couriers website to arrange an alternative delivery date, arrange to collect from your local depot or arrange to leave your rug in a safe place.
Your order can be left in a safe place, ie porch, shed, garage or outbuilding, The couriers can only leave your rug without a signature if you leave a signed note for the couriers stating this and email us stating that you will take full responsibility should the goods go missing or become damaged as a result of being left without a signature.
Delivery to another address
We can deliver to an address other than the billing address if this is more convenient
but In some instances the first order must be delivered to the billing address given, we would confirm this after the order has been placed.
